Senior Digital Designer

The Senior Digital will be responsible for understanding our clients creative needs. This role will be spearheading the conception, design, and execution of digital visuals to be used in online advertising and digital marketing. This will also be in charge of managing a small, collaborative group of Designers, and guide their technical and creative contributions.

This role will also be working closely with our clients, under tight deadlines, and will be constantly asked for fresh, creative, and innovative ideas. The Digital Art Director must create a range of concepts and designs for each project while collaborating with Copywriters to ensure their voice matches your visuals.

What You’ll Do

●  Spearhead the creative development of data-driven direct response materials from concept to execution

●  Determine how best to represent a concept visually keeping on brief and managing the ideation

●  Coordinate with clients or project leaders to develop an artistic approach and style

●  Work closely with the Creative Director, Creative Manager, designers and copywriters to develop and deliver successful ideas and output

●  Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography

●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards

●  Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces

●  Learn and adopt new skills in animation/video when motion-based creative is needed by clients

●  Ensure quality by doing QC on his/her deliverables to fix typos and design errors before they go out to client

What You’ll Need to Qualify

●  Graduate of any design related degree

●  Must have at least 5 years experience as a digital or interactive designer web or digital design development

●  Must have an experience working in a creative marketing agency

●  Strong knowledge and experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Figma, and other modern creative software tools

●  Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

●  Must have a strong portfolio and great reference

●  Strong attention to detail, results-oriented and a team player

●  Fast-learner, flexible, and adaptable to the changing requirements when dealing with various clients from different industries

●  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with current business needs
