HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for undertaking all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. We are looking for a talented and smart individual who enjoys working in a highly collaborative team setting in a fast-paced environment.

The HR Specialist should be able to perform the end-to-end recruitment processes, connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the HR Director to support other HR related tasks.

What You’ll Do

●  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

●  Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

●  Maintain employee files and records in electronic form

●  Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

●  Formulate detailed job descriptions, create and publish job ads in various portals

●  Screen resumes and job applications

●  Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire

●  Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

●  Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them

What You’ll Need to Qualify

●  Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field

●  At least 2 year of relevant experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Technical Recruiter or similar role for a BPO industry

●  Strong Background and experience in end-to-end recruitment

●  Deep knowledge with recruitment dashboards, job portals, and other recruitment best practices

●  Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills

●  Extreme attention to detail

●  Proactive, take-charge attitude

●  Demonstrated capacity for independent initiative

●  Proficiency in Google Suite Applications and Google Workspace especially Google Sheets

●  Familiarity with US FLSA and experience working with different facets in Human Resource is a plus but not a requirement
