Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist will take the lead with our email marketing strategies.This person will be responsible for marketing email creation, scheduling, and reporting. You will provide support and recommendations around strategy based on industry research and analysis of campaign results. He/She will also be tasked with running clients’ email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters. 

Ultimately, you should be able to promote the clients’ brands and ensure customers stay in touch with campaign updates and quarterly summaries. The Email Marketing Manager must be data-driven, and has an eye for creativity as well as being a team player and staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email

What You’ll Do

●   Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.

●  Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

●  Drive list growth by devising and implementing various paid and organic strategies.

●  Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.

●  Maintain email calendar and ensure on-time delivery of nurture emails to key audiences.

●  Write newsletters including all company updates.

●  Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.

●  Work closely with the other team members on advertising to meet client goals.

●  Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.

●  Create email databases for lead generation.

What You’ll Need To Qualify

●  BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.

●  At least 2 years of marketing content creation experience (email campaign experience preferred).

●  Excellent written and verbal communication.

●  Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems.

●  Proficiency in marketing automation technology.

●  Familiarity with analytical and database tools.

●  Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
